UK DELIVERY

The 3D Group Dispatch Team will endeavour to get all orders placed before 4 pm picked, packed and dispatched via the customer's chosen delivery method on the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be dispatched the following day at the latest.

No order will be dispatched until we have received cleared payment. There are several delivery options available to you which can be selected at checkout.

We only insure 1st class or recorded delivery parcels to a maximum value of £40.00. We will not reimburse any more than this under any circumstance. If the value of the order is over this amount, we strongly urge you to use our courier service.

In the event of a missing parcel, royal mail does not begin an investigation until 15 days after the expected delivery date. Therefore 3D Group will not replace any missing parcels until after this time.

3D Group aim to dispatch all orders placed by international customers before 3 pm GMT the same day via the customer’s chosen delivery method.

The cost of delivery will vary depending on the delivery location, the weight of the parcel and the value of the order. All of your available delivery options and a live delivery price will be shown as you proceed through the checkout process so that you can select the service that best meets your needs.

Please note that orders will not be dispatched until cleared payment has been received.

FEDEX

International customers can select one of our FedEx Courier services. We believe that this is the quickest and most cost-effective way for the customer to receive the goods they have purchased.

In order to make this courier service as cost-effective as possible 3D Group also offer a discount based on the value of the customer’s order. These discounts will automatically be included in your order at checkout.

INTERLINK – GEOPOST

European customers will have the option to select our Interlink GeoPost Economy service.

This is a 2-7-day delivery service depending on location, and the maximum weight allowed using this service is 10kg.

If this service is available to you, the live price for your parcel will show as you go through checkout.

When you select this service, you will receive a text message on the day of delivery that will inform you of an hour time slot that your parcel will be delivered.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION

Payment of import duties & charges is the responsibility of the customer. 3D Group accept no liability for fines incurred or loss of orders due to unpaid taxes and charges. 3D Group has no control over these charges, and should the customer fail to pay the required charges, the customer will be liable to pay any costs incurred in order to return the parcel back to us or to have it destroyed. Unless 3D Group receive the products back, we will not issue a refund. If a commercial invoice is required, please speak to one of our sales assistants, who will happily add this note to your account.

INSURANCE

The insurance value for lost or damaged parcels will be the equivalent of what is declared on the customs invoice. Please bear this in mind when requesting a commercial invoice.

If you believe that your package is damaged, please sign for it as damaged. Keep the original packaging and take a photograph of the parcel before it has been opened. You must then report it to 3D Group within 24 hours of receipt, and we can then process a claim with the courier on your behalf.

If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact our sales team, who will be able to track the item and process a claim should this be required.

PAYMENT

Please be aware that we do not accept credit or debit card payments for the first two orders placed on international accounts for security purposes. The first two orders must be paid for via PayPal or bank transfer. We must wait for cleared payment before we dispatch items. Therefore, there may be a delay in the dispatch of orders paid for via BACS or PayPal. Once we have a credit/debit card stored on file for your account, any order placed before 3 pm GMT will be dispatched the same day. Please note: Out-of-stock items on International orders will automatically be cancelled unless you have requested that they are back-ordered.

Please be aware that if you are VAT registered in the UK, we will require your VAT number for verification before we can remove the VAT from your account. Please inform a 3D Group sales assistant who will be able to arrange this for you.
