Changed Your Mind?

You have the right to cancel your contract of purchase with us within 28 days of receipt of the goods. The easiest way to do this is to return the goods to us in accordance with the instructions below. If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 28 day period has expired you need to notify us of your intention to cancel within 14 days of receiving the products. To do so, simply email sales@3dgroupuk.com or write to us at Returns, 3D Group, 3 Clarence Street, Nottingham, NG3 2ET.

 

You must return the goods to us in their original condition including any labels or stickers and in original packaging within 14 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to cancel (or, if you have not told us that you wish to cancel, within 28 days of receipt of the goods).

We will then credit your trade account with the value of the original purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – If they are not, we may be unable to accept them.

How to return an item:

  1. Get in touch with us and we will email over a copy of our returns form.
  2. Print the form off and fill it in as complete as possible to enable us to process the return quicker once we receive it.
  3. Post the unwanted items back to us and include your returns form in the package.

On items no longer required a £2.50 re-stocking fee will be taken off the credit for the product. If more than one product code the £2.50 fee applies to each product code returned.

You’ll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we credit to your account. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

As long as any goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will credit your account within 14 days of receiving your package or proof that the order has been returned. If you are a customer in the EU, we will also refund the cheapest actual cost of standard delivery.

Please Note: Any SPECIAL ORDER keys/remotes cannot be returned as ‘no longer required’.


FAULTY ITEM?

We aim to provide the best quality products but on rare occasions we make mistakes. If you believe you have received a faulty product please get in touch with our sales department as soon as possible in order to report the problem.

 

When a faulty item is reported, the problem will be investigated and you will then be advised accordingly. If there is a genuine issue with the product then a credit will be given in full or a replacement offered depending on the customer’s preference. On faulty item returns the postage will also be credited up to a value of £3.00.

If you are asked to return the faulty item to us you will need to follow the instructions below;

  1. We will email over a copy of our returns form.
  2. Print the form off and fill it in as complete as possible to enable us to process the return quicker once we receive it.
  3. Post the faulty item(s) back to us and include your returns form in the package.

All returns must be sent to the following address for the attention of the person dealing with your return. If you have not contacted anybody regarding the return please put ‘FAO Returns’.

Although you may deem the product to be faulty this may not be the case. On occasions wrong programming procedures are used (even when using manuals). If programming procedures are not given, we may not be able to process your return until further information is given.

Any credits given will be on your next invoice and any replacements required will be sent as soon as your return is processed.

We cannot offer refunds on Special Order Keys / Remotes. Any fault special order items will be replaced and not refunded. If you need some help or have any questions please contact our Sales department who are more than happy to help.
