Payment Information


CREDIT / DEBIT CARD

(We cannot accept American Express)

UK & Ireland Customers - We will contact the customer when the order is placed and take debit or credit card details. These will then be stored on their account record to be used against future purchases. Alternatively the customer can choose to call us to make a payment each time an order is placed and no card details will be stored.

R.O.I & International Customers - We will require a purchasing history of a minimum of 2 orders before we will be able to accept credit and debit card payments.

Your Debit/Credit card payment will be approved instantly and as long as your order is placed before 3pm your goods will be dispatched the same day.



PAYPAL TRANSACTION

We are able to accept Paypal payments from R.O.I and international customers only. If you would like to use this method please contact one of our team who will send you an invoice for you to pay. Should you be VAT registered please inform us of your VAT number and once we have this verified we can remove the VAT from future invoices. Payment should be made within 48 hours and orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

R.O.I & International Customers - Until a purchase history is established, Paypal or Bank transfer are the only methods of payment we will be able to accept.



BANK TRANSFER

If you are an international or R.O.I customer and would like to pay for your order via bank transfer please contact one of our team who will send you an invoice for you to pay by e-mail. Should you be VAT registered please inform us of your VAT number and once we have this verified we can remove the VAT from future invoices. Please note that this payment method is not available to UK customers.

R.O.I & International Customers - Until a purchase history is established, Paypal or Bank transfer are the only methods of payment we will be able to accept.

Please Note: Bank Transfers can take up to 3 working days for the funds to clear and orders will not be dispatched until we are in receipt of the cleared payment. Bank Transfers incur a £7 processing fee which will be added to the customer’s invoice due to bank charges.



30 DAY CREDIT ACCOUNT

In some exceptional circumstances we will consider a 30 day credit account for a customer.

In order to qualify for a credit account 3D Group must monitor spending accounts with us for a minimum of 3 months. 3D Group has a limit on the number of credit accounts we can offer and customers must meet strict criteria in order to qualify.
